MDCM provides access to MAX data using hand-held Radio Frequency (RF) or a variety of other devices. Open Architecture hardware independent. It uses generic Telnet commands to communicate with any device capable of direct connection to a network via TCP/IP. This means that the hardware choices are wide open. Remote sites can be connected via the internet. Even a mixture of hardware from different manufacturers is no problem. Database connection is 100% Microsoft ADO which ensures flexibility. Configurable screens and dialogues can be configured to your needs. There are 150 + individual screens to chose from, depending on which functions you want. Tools are provided for shaping the screens, assigning security rights and defining the dialogue flows. Printers can be assigned dynamically for labels and documents. Economical twenty-five users can operate from one workstation. Multiple workstations can be deployed anywhere on the network. Integrated uses MAXUpdate technology which takes advantage of the same MAX processing engine that desk-top users employ. MAXUPdate is maintained by Exact insuring data integrity and compliance with future releases of MAX^TM Expandable was designed for easily adding both standard and custom functions.
